The Sunnah is not something to follow only when it is easy. It is the path that keeps us firm upon the truth. Hold firmly to the Sunnah. Learn it. Live by it. Do not let the distractions of this world pull you away from the guidance of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The way of the Sunnah is the way of safety.
